Courtney came on board with Qittle to assist with the legality of the various possible partnerships. Previous to Qittle, Courtney was a corporate lawyer as well as a most recently, a yoga teacher at The Aspen Club & Spa.

Name a place in the world and Courtney Smith has probably lived there. Originally from Arkansas, Courtney has been an attorney and legal counsel in Australia, Scotland, England and Arkansas. She was on a legal team for the sixth largest insurer in the world as well as had the role of in-house counsel for the leading supplier of customer and information management solutions. Her experience abroad with Aviva and Acxiom Corporation gave her a great deal of experience working with a team on corporate law. Tyson Foods, based out of Arkansas, is where she was on the legal team for mergers and acquisitions. She has a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law as well as a B.S in Advertising and a minor in Business Administration.
 
Recently, Courtney moved to Aspen to pursue her greater love of yoga, snowboarding and traveling. When she is not finding new places around the world to visit, she is practicing yoga in which she is an Astanga certified instructor. Or she can be found texting her friends on a bluebird day to meet her in the terrain park.
