The business is advertising the text offer in house with business cards as well as on the radio. Customers can text ‘TANNING’ to 32075 to receive their complimentary tan. They plan to soon have a company car with the keyword printed on the back. |
After building a database of mobile numbers, the salon is now reaching out to those customers at opportune times and with valuable information. The Tanning Studio has been texting customers once a month with specials and information on positive sun awareness. |
